摘  要:介绍了一种用于两线制变送器的微功率隔离式电源,核心采用高转换效率的DC/DC芯片MAX639。它以降落在两线制变送器上的12—35VDE为输入电压,固定消耗3.5mA电流,提供了两组互相隔离的3V电源。与输入不隔离的一组最大具有5mA负载能力,与输入隔离的一组最大具有3n认负载能力。Introduced a micro-power isolated power supply of two-wire transmitter, which adopts high conversion efficients DC/DC chip MAX639 that offers high-performance of the power supply for two-wire intelligent transmitter. This power supply made use of the 12 - 35 V DC as the input voltage,dissipated the 3.5 mA current rating,and provided two-group mutually isolated 3 V power supplies. The one group,which is not isolated from the input,has the maximum 5 mA loading capacity.The other,isolated from the input,has the maxiumum 3 mA loading capacity. Additionally, also presented the scheme by the software temperature compensation, which could offer high-accuracy compensation to the input current temperature drift caused by the temperature change.
