摘　　要：对治疗颅外颈动脉硬化性狭窄的两种方法，即颈动脉内膜切除术和颈动脉支架成形术进行了比较，认为两种方法的互补可使颅外颈动脉硬化性狭窄的手术治疗提高到新的水平。This article aims to compare the effects of carotid endarterectomy and carotid angioplasty in treatment of extracranial carotid sclerostenosis. The results show that complementary use of the two methods can help improve efficacy of surgery in treatment of the disease.
