摘 要:高速冷连轧机是典型的复杂机电系统,而液压AGC是其消除厚差,提高成品精度的重要手段。随着计算机技术的发展,带钢冷轧生产规模的扩大,对带钢成品精度要求的进一步提高,要求冷连轧机液压AGC系统综合控制进一步完善,集中式计算机控制系统已经不能满足液压AGC系统高速控制的要求,分布式计算机系统已成为其主流控制系统。本文结合冷连轧生产实际,对分布式控制系统以及连轧自动化计算机控制的发展历程做了论述,同时给出了基于分布式工业控制系统的连轧过程自动化液压AGC计算机控制系统结构。冷连轧机液压AGC计算机控制系统分为基础自动化级和过程自动化级,它们之间的通信由以太网来完成,以适应连轧控制系统控制高速化、精密化、智能化的要求。High-speed tandem cold rolling mill is the typical complicated electromechanical system, and the hydraulic AGC is its important means which eliminates the thickness deviation and improves the precision of strip product. Following the development of the computer technology, and the extending of the manufacture size of strip, the request to the precision of the strip product is increased, the general control of the hydraulic AGC of the tandem cold rolling mill, is requested to be improved much more. The centralized computer control system has not satisfied the request of the high-speed control in the hydraulic AGC system. The distributed control system becomes the mainstream of the control system gradually. According to the practical production, the distributed computer control system and the developmental course of the computer control in the tandem cold rolling mill were discussed, and the structure of computer control system of automatic hydraulic AGC of the tandem cold rolling process based on the distributed control system was given. There are the basic automation level and the process automation level in the hydraulic AGC computer control system of the tandem cold rolling mill, which communicate with the Etheruet. It can satisfy the high-speed, precision and aptitude request of the tandem rolling control system.
