摘　　要：农村投融资体制是决定农村经济发展中资金融通能力的关键因素。科学合理的农村投融资体制对于推进当前的新农村建设至关重要。本文在比较国际农村投融资体制的共性与差异的基础上,寻求相关的国际经验启示,力图为我国农村投融资体制改革提供有效的借鉴。The rural investing and financing system is the key factor to decide the capacity of the capital to flow smoothly in the development of rural economy, thus a scientific and sound system plays an extremely important role in prompting the current new countryside construction. This paper seeks for the enlightenment of the international experiences concerned on the basis of comparing both the similarities and differences of international rural investing and financing systems, aiming at providing effective references for our rural investing and financing system reform.
