摘　　要：介绍了满足生理需求的医用机织人工胸壁的性能要求以及它对所用材料、织物结构的要求。综述了目前各种常用的人工胸壁的优缺点,指出了人工合成可降解高分子材料和平纹结构的人工胸壁是未来的发展方向,并介绍了它的制作方法。最后通过动物实验证明了机织人工胸壁的可行性。The paper introduces the requirement of the medical woven man-made chest wall, including material and fabric structure, and summarizes the shortcomings and merits of the man-made chest wall, which are usually used nowadays. Meanwhile the paper recommends that the absorbable macromolecule mate- rial and plan weave will be the trend in future and points out how to make the man-made chest wall. Finally, the medical woven man-made chest wall is proved out by animal experimentation.
