大学生择业意识和择业能力的培养

摘　　要：针对当前大学生在择业问题上反映出的择业意识强而择业能力弱的现象,认为有必要对其进行正确的以择业观和职业意向教育为主的职业规划教育,适当地进行职业知识的灌输,使其能及时地进行认知调整和职业目标确定,努力提高自我意识水平,准确自我定位,提高择业受挫承受能力。Currently, college students have a strong occupational consciousness but a low job seeking ability. This phenomenon indicates that it is necessary to educate students in correct views of occupation, instill appropriate occupational knowledge among them, and timely adjust cognition and determine occupational object with the joint efforts of teachers and students. Thereby the students can be helped to improve their level of self - consciousness and ability of accurate self - appraisal to finally own the ability of occupational frustration endurance.
