摘　　要：为了提高转杯纺纱机的生产效率,通过生产实践,分析和总结了影响转杯纺单产的主要因素,指出选用弧面半径及摩擦因数小的阻捻盘、D型纺纱器及小直径纺杯,提高引纱速度,适当降低捻度,加强运转管理,保证设备运转状态良好,合理配置工艺,可以进一步提高转杯纺的单产水平及效率。To enhance production efficiency and output of rotor spinning frame, main influence factors on productivity per machine-hour of rotor spinning were analyzed, the result shows that productivity per machine-hour and yarn quality can be enhanced through choosing navel of smaller friction factor, small diameter rotor of D spinning set, reducing twist suitably, enhancing insertion speed, strengthening management, guaranteeing equipment operation condition, configuring processing reasonably.
