摘  要:预应力包钢加固法是在混凝土构件四周外包型钢,并采用高强螺栓对外包钢施加横向预应力的一种加固新技术。本文通过对试验过程中实际扭矩和螺栓预拉力的关系以及对预应力构件的观测结果进行研究,确定预应力包钢法扭矩与预拉力的关系,提出此种加固方法的扭矩计算公式;分析预应力损失的成因,确定此种加固方法的预应力最终损失量,为实际应用提供理论依据和技术支持。The strengthened method using profile steel and prestressed bolt means that concrete frame beam-column joint is strengthened around its section by bonding profile steel and prestressed high-tensile bolt, which is a new advanced strengthening way. In this paper, through the research for the relation between actual torque and prestress and the long-term observation result, the relation between actual torque and prestress is defined, the formula for calculating the torque is put forward, the cause of the loss of prestress is analyzed, and the final loss of prestress of this method is defined, which can provide theory grounds and engineering supports for actual use.
