摘　　要：本文首先结合政府危机决策支持系统的特点和政府的客观实际情况,根据现代危机管理的思想,构造了政府危机决策支持系统的理想模型;详细设计了系统的功能和模块;通过网络的弹性架构和业务的梯次累加更好的实现政府危机决策支持系统。Based on analysis of the characteristic of Government Crisis Decision Support System and the status of government, a ideal model of Government Crisis Decision Support System is constructed; Its function and module are designed in detail; Network＇s stretch built and operation＇s gradual add are put forward as the feasible method of system.
