摘 要:三峡茅坪溪防护坝沥青混凝土心墙采用国外振动碾碾压。随着心墙高度的上升,心墙宽度窄于振动碾宽度,振动碾按原有施工工艺无法满足工程质量要求。为此,进行了现场试验和生产性试验,对心墙双边或单边骑缝碾压施工工艺进行了比照分析研究。试验结果和工程实践表明,单边骑缝碾压施工工艺可以满足70~50 cm宽心墙的施工质量要求,由此解决了因设备不配套而带来的施工困难,降低了工程成本。The asphalt concrete core of Maopingxi dam for the Three Gorges Project adopted vibration roller abroad. With the raise of height, the width of core is narrower than that of roller drum. Using the old compaction method, the vibratory roller cannot meet the quality requirements. For this reason, the trial paving tests have been done to compare the effect of double edge or single edge rolling method. The test results and project practice showed that the rolling construction technique of edge gan meet the requirements of construction quality of the core wall with width of 70-50 cm so that it solves the difficulties caused by the improper construction equipment and reduces the costs of engineering construction.
