摘  要:石板水电站装有3台35 MW采用长短叶片转轮的高水头混流式水轮机,机组自1997年投入运行以来,水轮机在空蚀、磨蚀、效率、运行稳定性方面表现出很好的性能,但转轮叶片出现了裂纹。为此,从设计、制造质量和运行方面,分析了引起该水轮机转轮叶片裂纹产生的主要原因,提出了防止裂纹的建议,对水轮机的制造和运行有较好的参考价值。The Shiban Hydropower Station was equipped with three high-head Francis turbines with long and short blade with the installed capacity of 35 MW each. Since it was put into operation in 1997, the turbine has played a good function in cavitation, abrasion, efficiency and operation stability. But some cracks occurred in the runner blade. This paper analyzes the main reasons of the cracks of turbine's runner blade and puts forward the suggestion of preventing crack from design, manufacturing, quality and operation,which provides the reference value for manufacturing and operation of turbine.
