摘　　要：影响电子病历普及最主要的问题是电子病历是否具有法律效力。医务人员应强化在使用电子病历中的维权意识与法律责任。为此，我们从病历的修改、监管、统一标准规范、医嘱执行、复印等方面分析了电子病历法律责任的要求并对软件设计方案提出了对策。The chief problem influencing the popularity of electronic medical record is whether it has legal effect. Medical workers should strengthen their consciousness of safeguarding rights and legal responsibility when using electronic medical record. Therefore, we analyze the requirements of legal liability of electronic medical record from the aspects of its modification, supervision, standard unification, execution of medical orders, and copy, then put forward the countermeasures on software design.
