摘　　要：工业生态学和循环经济理论已逐渐受到我国政府部门和学者的普遍重视,但国内学者在该理论的发展脉络和发展趋势方面一直缺乏系统地梳理,影响了该理论体系的进一步完善。从工业生态学与循环经济理论的背景、研究内核与理论研究的未来取向等角度展开综述,以期为工业生态学与循环经济的理论研究提供参考。At present, Industry Ecology（IE）and Circular Economy（CE ）theory had got more and more attention by government and scholars in our country, But comparing with developed country,we are still week in the carding about theory development skeleton and trend. And it baffles the theory system development, Then, combing with the theory development across the world,this paper conducts＇a review on the theory initiating background,tenet and development trend. And we hope it could beuseful for IE and CE theory development in our country.
