论契丹辽朝统治前期的中原政策

摘　　要：南下中原是契丹辽朝统治前期的根本国策之一。辽太祖灵活机动地推行远交近攻策略,辽太宗尝试了混一天下的理想,辽世宗则试图继续前辈的一贯政策,这是长期以来草原地带向农耕地带作向心运动的必然结果和反映;辽穆宗根据形势的变化,将南下中原调整为草原本位政策。在中原政策问题上,契丹统治阶层存在分歧。Taking over south central plain is one of the fundamental policies of the Khitan Liao dynasty in the prophase. Liao Tai- zu implemented the central plains flexible policy, attack and contact policy. Liao Tai -zong attempted to achieve the goal of reunification. Liao Shi -zong continued it. These are results and reflections, with nomads towards south of the Central Plains. According to the state of affairs changing, Liao Mu- zong replaced it by standard of nomads. Khitan ruler had difference opinion on the policy.
