摘　　要：在建设新农村的过程中,政府的经济反哺、政策反哺与市场调节各自发挥着不同的作用,不能互相取代;同时,三者互相联系、互为补充,共同促进新农村建设事业的发展。Re- feeding of economy, policy and market adjustment are important to the construction of the new socialist countryside in China. With different function, they are interconnected and complemented to each other, and mutually promote the cause of new countryside＇ s construction.
