摘　　要：劳动价值论是在深刻揭露和批判资本主义制度的基础上提出的科学理论,是劳动者追求自身解放和自由发展的理论武器和依据。价值是由劳动者创造的,理应归劳动者所拥有,这是劳动价值论的核心所在。不仅如此,劳动价值论还是对按要素分配的科学否定,是按劳动分配的理论基础。The labor value theory is the scientific theory which proposed in the profound exposition and in the critique capitalist system foundation. It is theory weapon and the basis that the laborer pursues own liberation and the free development. The value is created by the laborer and should turn over to the laborer, this is the core of the labor value theory. Not only that, the labor value theory is scientific denial to distribution by elements, it is the rationale of distribution by labor.
