摘　　要：大学战略管理将成为大学管理方式的主导。对大学战略管理的内涵、重点以及应注意的问题作初步探讨,以期对新时期我国大学管理改革有所启示。Strategic management will be the key of operating in the university. This paper makes primary study on its connotation, the emphases, and the problems that should be attended of the strategic management of universities, in order to obtain some enlightening to the reform of university management.
