摘　　要：以拉美国家为例,通过一个新的金融转移渠道,分析了金融危机及其治理对收入分配的影响。研究表明,在危机及其治理过程中,涉及一个由非参与者到金融系统参与者的金融转移;并且,金融转移及其分配恶化了拉美国家的收入分配状况,加重了贫困程度。本研究及其政策含义,对中国的金融改革与发展具有启示意义。Financial crises affect income distribution via different channels. By analyzing data from Latin American countries, this paper investigates how financial crises and their resolutions affect income distribution through a new financial transfer channel. Our study shows that a financial transfer from non-participants to participants of the financial sector, which worsened the distribution of income and poverty , was involved in the resolution of the crises in Latin American countries. This research and it＇ s policy implication has an important enlightenment to China＇ s financial reform and development.
