论预防和惩治贪官外逃的国际司法合作

摘　　要：预防和惩治贪官外逃,是当前我国乃至世界反腐败领域共同关注的焦点之一。特别是随着经济全球化进程的加快和我国反腐败力度的不断加大,贪官外逃已成为职务犯罪活动的新动向。贪官外逃的特征与危害使得各国有必要加强国际合作惩治贪官外逃。我国应加强预防和惩治贪官外逃的国际司法合作。It is one of the focuses that China and even the whole world care about punishing and prevention the corrupted officials from fleeing the country. In particular, with the speeding process of the economic globalization and the increasing strength of Chinese combat against corruption, the fleeing of the corrupted officials has become a new trend of the crime by taking advantage of duty. This paper analyzes the features and the harmfulness of the corrupted officials＇ fleeing the country, and concludes that it is necessary to reinforce international cooperation in order to punish the fleeing corrupted officials. Furthermore, China should strengthen the international judicial cooperation on punishing and prevention the corrupted officials from fleeing the country.
