摘　　要：介绍了常用的铝型材挤压模的制造工艺。通过对挤压模的制造工艺分析,详细叙述了铝型材模的机加工、电加工及热处理和部分工艺参数的选择。The machining technology of commonly used aluminum profile extruding die is introduced, through analysing on the machining process, the aluminum materical extruding die machining, the electrical discharge machining and the heat treatment and the partial process parameter choice are stated in detail.
