摘 要:目的探讨磁共振水成(MRU)像在诊断输尿管下段病变中的价值。方法对65例输尿管下段病变患者同时进行常规磁共振扫描(MRI)和输尿管水成像检查,并与手术及病理结果对照。结果65例病例中通过磁共振尿路水成像可以从不同角度清楚描述输尿管下段的形态,展示各种疾病的异常影像改变,定位诊断率100.0%,定性诊断的正确率为87.7%。结论MRU是诊断输尿管下段病变有效的检查手段,能为输尿管下段病变的诊断和术前评估提供可靠的依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance hydrography for the lower-ureteral lesions. Methods Routine magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance hydrography were taken for 65 patients with lower ureteral lesions. All the images were contrasted with pathologic diagnoses and surgical findings. Results All the lower ureteral shape could be clearly seen from various films of magnetic resonance hydrography and abnormal image changes of various diseases could be revealed clearly. The accurate diagnostic rates for location and qualitative identification were 100% and 87. 7%, respectively. Conclusion Magnetic resonance hydrography is an effective measure for lower ureteral lesions and can contribute to the diagnosis and preoperative estimation.
