摘 要:目的:探讨藤茶蛇葡萄素的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法、生长曲线法、细胞集落形成法观察蛇葡萄素对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的抑制作用。结果:蛇葡萄素能明显抑制体外培养的SGC-7901细胞的生长,MTT法IC50为11.19μg/mL;细胞生长曲线法提示其对SGC-7901细胞的生长也有明显的抑制作用;集落形成法,当药物浓度在9.90μg/mL以上时抑制率为100%,当药物浓度为6.60μg/mL时抑制率为72.3%,当药物浓度为4.40μg/mL时抑制率为36.0%。结论:蛇葡萄素对体外SGC-7901细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用。Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of the ampelopsis in vitro.Methods: The growth inhibition was analyzed by MTT, cell colony and cell growth curve measurement in the stomach carcinoma SGC-7901.Results: The ampelopsis could obviously inhibit the growth of cultured SGC-7901 cells, the IC50 in MTr assay was 11.19μg/mL; The ampelopsis had obviously effect on the tumor cells' growth; The repressive ratio in Cell colony assay was 100% when medicine density was over 9.90μg/mL, the repressive ratio in Cell colony assay was 72.3% when medicine density was 6.60μg/mL, the repressive ratio in Cell colony assay was 36.0 % when medicine density was 4.40μg/mL.Conclusion: The ampelopsis can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901in vitro.
