摘 要:目的:观察猫眼草提取物对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的抑制作用,为烧伤后增生性瘢痕的治疗提供实验依据。方法:体外培养烧伤后的人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,加入不同浓度的猫眼草提取物,24h后观察细胞形态学,以LDH为指标,观察细胞毒性,用MTT法检测其增殖活性。结果:不同浓度的猫眼草提取物均能改变成纤维细胞形态,抑制细胞增殖,浓度在500μg/mL以下无明显的细胞毒作用。结论:猫眼草提取物对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞具有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系,具有防治增生性瘢痕的应用前景。Objective:To explore the effects of Euphorbia Esula on postbum hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts.Methods: Hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts were harvestet and cultured in vitro.The proliferation activity of the fibroblasts were examined by MTT method. The cellular morphology,proliferation activity and the cytotoxicity of the drug were observed after 24 hours of culture. Results:The fibroblast morphology could be altered by any concentration of Euphorbia Esula solution.Furthermore,the cell counts and the cellular proliferation activity were decreased obviously by the treatment of Euphorbia Esula.Conclusion:The cellular morphology and proliferation activity of postburn hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts were inhibited by Euphorbia Esula in dose-dependent pattern, and it might be a potential agent for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars.
