PICC置管两种封管液对预防静脉血栓的对比研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究生理盐水与肝素稀释液对经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）后静脉血栓的预防效果。[方法]将留置PICC的病人随机分成两组，分别采用生理盐水与肝素稀释液脉冲式正压封管。[结果]两种封管液对静脉血栓的预防效果有差异，生理盐水组血栓形成率高于肝素组（P〈0．05）。[结论]肝素液封管较生理盐水对静脉血栓预防效果好。Objective： To study on the effect of normal saline and heparin dilution to prevent phlebothrombosis for patients after PICC tube indwelling. Methods： Patients undergoing PICC tube indwelling were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group were sealed tube with diluted heparin solution by pulsed- wave mode with positive pressure. Patients of test group were sealed tube with normal saline by pulsed - wave mode with positive pressure, Results： In terms of the effects of phlebothrombosis prevention, there was statistical significant difference between the two kinds of tube - sealing fluids. And the rate of thrombosis among patients of test group was much higher than that in test group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： To seal tube with heparin diluted solution for patients accepted PICC tube indwelling has a better phlebothrombosis prevention effect than to seal tube with normal saline.
