摘 要:为探索新高梨雄性不育的机理,观察了新高梨和丰水梨(可育)小孢子发育过程中的细胞学变化;并测定了花蕾发育过程中花蕾膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和保护酶——过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,新高梨小孢子败育主要发生在单核晚期,败育主要表现为小孢子解体,绒毡层同时解体;在花蕾发育过程中,新高梨花蕾MDA含量和SOD活性(花粉成熟期除外)高于丰水,而POD、CAT活性低于丰水。In order to study the mechanism of male sterility of Niitaka, the cytological characterisics of the microspore development of Niitaka( male sterile ) and Housui( male fertile )were examined by a light microscope, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), super oxide dismutase (SOD) in the bud of Niitaka and Housui were compared and analyzed. Disintegration of microspores and tapetum at the same time, designated as abortion of microspores,was mainly at the late mononuclear stage of microspores of Niitaka pears. The MDA content and the activity of SOD( except the mature pollen stage) in the bud of Niitaka was higher than those in Housui , while the activity of POD and CAT in Niitaka were lower than those in Housui during the bud development.
