摘  要:复合励磁同步调速电动机是一种能够解决电动机在低速时难以实现大转矩输出、高速时难以实现恒功率输出问题的新型电动机。该电动机的转子由两部分组成——永磁体部分和辅助电励磁部分,它们同轴向安装,共用一个电枢绕组。本文对这种电动机的结构特点、工作原理、电磁设计进行了分析。通过实验表明,这种电动机具有过载能力强,在满足转矩要求下有较宽的调速范围,可靠性和稳定性好等特点。Adjustable-speed synchronous motor with hybrid excitation is a new type of motor, which can solve two problems. One is to realize the large output torque when the speed of the motor is low, the other is to realize the constant output power when the speed is high. The rotor has two parts, the permanent magnet part and the electric excitation part, which have the same axis direction and share one armature. Structural characteristics, working principle and electromagnetism design are analyzed in the paper. It is testified by experiment that the overload capacity of the motor is good, the speed regulating range is broad, reliability and stability is good.
