摘  要:为优化氯化锌活化黄姜皂素废渣制备活性炭的参数,利用热重分析仪,在不同的升温速率、药剂与废渣浸渍比和载气条件下对氯化锌活化后的废渣进行了热解实验,运用Freeman-Carroll微分法研究了相应活化条件下的表观动力学参数.结果表明:在高温段,热解剩余质量、表观活化能和频率因子均增加,氧参与了渣热解产物间反应;浸渍比增大,热解剩余质量和最大失重速率增大,特征温度向低温区移动,但不能降低热解反应的活化能;随升温速率的上升,DTG曲线向高温区移动,反应表观活化能和频率因子呈减小趋势,为快速热解制备活性炭提供理论依据.To guide and optimize activated processes, the pyrogenation experiments of the residue activated by ZnCl2 from dioscorea zingiberensis were carried out at different heating rates, impregnation mass ratios of solution ZnCl2 and residue, and atmospheres using TGA. Freeman-Carroll differential method was used to analyze activation kinetics. The results show that the mass of pyrolyzed residue, apparent activation energy and the frequency factor increase during high temperature, which indicate there are complex reactions between oxygen and other materials from the pyrolysis. The mass of pyrolyzed residue and maximum rate of weight loss increase with the increasing of impregnation ratio, and the characterizing temperature has a shift toward low temperature not to decrease apparent activation energy. As the heating rate increases, the curve of DTG shifts to high temperature, and the activated energy and frequency factor decrease, which provides a basis for preparing activated carbon in fast-pyrolysis way.
