摘  要:介绍了一种高速光突发模式接收机。整形电路采用直流耦合跨阻抗前馈式结构。突发同步恢复电路采用一种新颖的固定相位调节振荡器。仿真表明:在传输速率为1.25 Gb/s,误码率BER≤10-9时,接收灵敏度为-25dBm(平均光功率),最大可接收光功率-1 dBm,动态范围可高达24 dB,两分组信号保护时间为20 ns。对速率为5Gb/s的NRZ突发数据可在10ps之内建立比特同步。In this paper, a novel DC coupled feedforward type optical burst mode receiver is presented. The clock recovery circuit in the CDR circuit consists of current limited phase regulating oscillator with trigger input for handling the burst-mode signals, whose bit rate vary with each packet. The results of the simulation indicate that the receiver sensitivity is -21dBm (average power, 109BER) at bit rates up to 1.25Gb/s and the maximum receivable optical average power is -1 dBm, so the dynamic range is 20 dB. The minimum packet spacing required to properly recover the first bit in the second packet is 20ns. The simulation result alose confirms that the high frequency 5.0Gb/s of the clock recovery and the high speed 5.0 Gb/s of the decision circuit.
