摘  要:对纳米与非纳米ZSM-5分子筛进行了表征和催化性能的研究。分子筛采用XRD,SEM进行表征,采用NH3-TPD对ZSM-5分子筛进行酸性测定,N2吸附测定比表面积和孔容积。选用甲苯烷基化,二甲苯异构化反应,使用脉冲微反-色谱联用装置对其进行催化活性的评价。纳米ZSM-5分子筛的甲苯烷基化和二甲苯异构化转化率分别为60.98%(450℃)和90.38%(500℃),其值高于非纳米ZSM-5分子筛(转化率分别为46.18%和75.59%),纳米ZSM-5分子筛表现出较好的催化活性。The characteristics and catalytic performance of nanocrystalline and non-nanocrystalline ZSM-5 Zeolites were studied. The zeolites were characterized by XRD and SEM, the acidity was measured by NH3-TPD, surface area and pore volume were determined by N2 adsorption. Toluene alkylation and o- xylene isomerization were chosen and the catalytic activity was estimated with impulse minisize reactor- chromatogram device. The results show that toluene alkylation and o- xylene isomerization convertion of nanocrystalline ZSM-5 zeolite are 60.98% (450 ℃ ) and 90.38% (500 ℃ ) respectively, which are higher than that of non-nanocrystalline ZSM-5 zeolite(46.18% and 75.59 %), so nanocrystalline ZSM-5 zeolite has better catalytic activity.
