摘 要:以Na为催化剂,K2CO3作为分散剂,邻二甲苯和1,3-丁二烯为原料合成5-苯甲基-2-戊烯(OTP),考察了催化剂用量、分散剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和原料配比等因素对烯基化反应的影响,并得到了最佳工艺条件,即n(邻二甲苯)/n(1,3-丁二烯)为5∶1,反应温度175℃,反应时间2.5 h,催化剂质量分数为0.25%,分散剂与催化剂质量比16∶1,在最佳工艺条件下OTP的收率达到71.2%。该工艺操作简单,反应时间短,易于实现工业化。5-o-tolyl -2-pentene(OTP) was prepared by o-xylene and 1,3- butadiene under sodium as catalyst and potassium carbonate as dispersing agent . The effects of catalyst dosage, mass ratio of dispersing agent to catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of o-xylene to 1,3-butadiene were investigated. The best technical parameters were obtained : the molar ratio of o- xylene to 1,3- butadiene is 5 : 1, reaction temperature is 175 ℃, reaction time is 2.5 h, mass fraction of catalyst is 0.25%, mass ratio of dispersing agent to catalyst is 16 : 1. The yield of OTP is 71.2% under the best technologic conditions. The technology has a series of advantages, for example, the process is simple, the reaction time is short, whafs more, it's easy to achieve industrialization open up.
