摘  要:以烤烟K326为材料,进行深移栽结合一次性双层施肥对烤烟生长发育影响的试验。研究表明,壮苗一次性双层施肥深移栽能够促进烤烟生长发育,使其根系的水平生长和垂直生长趋于协调,处理T3根系干物质积累量比处理T4、T2、T1分别增加5.64g·株^-1、5.81g·株^-1、8.70g·株^-1,烤烟根系活力以处理T3最高(0.33mg·g^-1·h^-1)、处理T1最差(0.28mg·g^-1·h^-1);处理T3烟株平均高度比处理T1、处理T2、对照T4分别高7.4cm、5.2cm、2.7cm,有效叶片数分别增加26片·株^-1、1.3片·株^-1、0.6片·株^-1,单株有效叶面积分别提高4977.29cm^2、3019.73cm^2、1334、81cm^2;地上部干物质积累量和积累强度均以处理T3最高,分别为104.38g·株^-1、6.72g·株^-1;烤后单叶重以处理T3最高为9.58g·片^-1,与其他处理达到差异极显著;处理T3比常规栽培移栽处理T4提前2-3d成熟。The effects of transplanting in depth with one-off double-layer fertilization were studied on growth and development of flue-cured tobacco (K326). The results show as follows:after one-off double-layer fettilization, it can promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,with horizontal and vertical growth more harmonious. The accumulation of roots dry mass in disposal T3 was 5.64g,5. 81g,and 8.70g more than that of T4 ,T2 ,and T1 per plant respectively. The activity of roots bad been enhanced apparently, with the highest of T3 (0. 33mg·g^-1·h^-1 ) ,and the lowest d T1 ( 0. 28 mg·g^-1·h^-1 ) ;the average plant height in T3 was 7.4cm,5.2cm,and 2. 7cm higher,the effective leaf number was 2. 6, 1.3 ,and 0. 6 per plant more,and effective leaf area per plant was 4 977. 29cm^2 ,3 019. 73cm^2 ,and 1 334. 81cm^2 more, than that in T1 ,T2 ,and T4 respectively. The accumulation quantity and rate were the most in T3,104. 38g·plant^-1,6. 72 g· plant^-1· 10d^-1 ; single leaf weight after being fluecured was also the most in T3,9. 58g·leaf^-1 (p 〈 0. 01 ). In addition, mature tobacco in T3 was 2 -3 d earlier than T4 in which tobacco was dealt with common transplant method.
