摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压接骨板（LCP）治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法应用LCP治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折28例。结果失访5例。23例获得随访，时间5～20个月。疗效参照Neer评分标准进行评价，优18例，良5例。结论LCP是治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折较理想的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of locking compression plate（LCP） for comminuted proximal humeral fracture. Methods 28 cases of comminuted proximal humeral fractures were treated with LCP. Results 23 cases were followed up for 5 - 20 months, and 5 cases were lost. According to Neer grading system, 18 cases were excellent, and 5 good. Conclusions LCP is effective for comminuted proximal humeral fracture.
