摘  要:目的观察弹性内固定材料对骨折愈合的影响。方法15只青紫蓝兔随机分为A组(弹性内固定组)10只,B组(坚强内固定组)5只。制成股骨中段横形骨折模型,分别用上述材料固定,2、4周分别行放射学检查,4周后取骨折局部骨痂碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、骨钙素(BGP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)免疫组织化学检查,并进行骨痂内矿物质含量测定。结果A组与B组比较,AKP、Ostcalcin差异有显著性(P<0.05),NTF两组之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);A组4周后骨痂的形成量大于B组,骨痂内矿物质含量测定两组差异无显著性。结论弹性内固定能促进骨折愈合;钛合金环抱器提供的弹性模量适合于骨折愈合。Objective To investigate the influence of elastic interal fixator on healing of fracture. Methods 15 Qingzilan rabbits were divided into A group ( elastic fixator group ) , B group ( stiff fixator group ) randomly. A group has 10 animals ,B group has 5 animals. Transverse fracture model in middle part of the femur were made on each animal and fixed by NiTi alloy embracing fixator and intramedullary needle fixator respectively. The expression of Ostcalcin, AKP and TNF and bone mineral content in callus were detected y in 4 weeks. X-ray examination were also performed in 2,4 weeks postoperatively. Results Ostcalcin and AKP in the callus got higher expressions in A group than in B group, but TNF was no difference. The callus formation was more quick,larger than B group,and bone mineral content in the callus was no different. Conclusions Elastic fixation can promote the healing of fracture; NiTi memory alloy embracing fixator can give a better elastic ability,and fracture healing.
