摘　　要：标题化合物C23H28N2O6是由间硝基苯甲醛、达咪酮、盐酸羟胺、醋酸钠在乙二醇中经微波辐射下反应而得,反应在6 min内完成.结构通过单晶X射线衍射法测定,其晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.684 42(6),b=1.217 97(5),c=1.218 65(5)nm,β=110.94(0)°,V=2.335 00(179)nm3,Mr=428.47,Z=4,Dc=1.219 g/cm3,λ=0.071 073 nm,μ(Mo Kα)=0.088 mm-1,F(000)=912,R=0.077 7,Rw=0.193 1.在分子结构中吡啶环为船式构象,两个环己酮环为信封式结构.The title compound （C23 H28 N2 O6） was synthesized by the one-pot reaction of 3-3-nitrobenzaldehyde with dimedone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in glycol for 6 min under microwave irradiation, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic having space group P21/c with a=1. 684 42（6）, b=1. 217 97（5）, c=1. 218 65（5） nm, β= 110.94（0）°, V=2.335 00（179） nm^3, Mr=428.47, Z：4, Dc=1.219 g/cm^3, ）,=0.071 073 nm, μ（MoKo）：0.088 mm^-1, F（000）=912, R=0.077 7, Rw=0.193 1. X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine ring adopts a boat conformation, while two cyclohexanone rings have the envelope conformation.
