萝卜提取物与枸橼酸钾混合液对子宫肌瘤手术后胃肠道促动力的作用观察

摘　　要：目的萝卜提取物与枸橼酸钾混合液对子宫肌瘤手术胃肠道促动力的作用观察。方法采用美国3CPM体表胃电图仪观察212例子宫肌瘤手术后患者胃肠道动力恢复和首次通气时间。结果萝卜提取物与枸橼酸钾混合液组分别与无干预组、枸橼酸钾组及萝卜提取物组的胃电波幅和频率相比有显著性差异（P〈0，05）。萝卜提取物加枸橼酸钾混合液组术后首次排气时间与其他实验组相比存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论萝卜提取物加枸橼酸钾混合液对子宫肌瘤患者手术后胃肠道动力恢复效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of liquor of turnip extractive mixed kalium citricum in promoting postoperation gastrointestinal dynamia of the patients who received hysteromyoma. Methods The recovery situation of post operation gastrointestinal tract dynamia was observed by 3CMP electrogastrogram equipment, The first aerofluxus time of 212 hysteromyoma cases was also recorded, Results There was significant difference in electrogastrogram wave amplitude and frequency among ＂turnip extractive and kalium citricum mixed liquor＂ group and ＂non intervention＂ group and ＂kalium citricum＂ group and ＂turnip extractive＂ group （P 〈0.05）, There was significant difference in first aerofluxus time among ＂turnip extractive and kalium citricum mixed liquor＂ group and the other groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The mixed liquor of turnip extractive and kalium citricum is effective for the recovery of post operation gastrointestinal tract dynamia.
