摘 要:目的总结营养科自制天然匀浆膳肠内营养液对危重病人肠内营养支持的临床应用情况。方法通过对试验组和对照组血清总蛋白(TPR)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、血红蛋白(HGb)、外周血淋巴细胞总数(TLC)等进行测定,观察营养科自制天然匀浆膳肠内营养液对危重病人营养支持的效果。结果在给予常规肠外营养支持同时,与给予肠内营养(试验组)相比较,2组间有显著性差异(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论匀浆膳肠内营养支持在危重病人的临床应用中有非常重要的意义。Objective To summarize the clinical application of enteral nutrition liquid in the form of natural homogenate meals made by the nutrition department to the enteral nutrition support of critical patients. Methods The total protein ratio (TPR) and albumin in the experiment group and the control group were measured, and the effect of enteral nutrition liquid in the form of natural homogenate meals made by the nutrition department on the nutrition support of critical patients was observed. Results Comparing with the routine parenteral nutrition support of the control group, there was a difference in the enteral nutrition support of the experiment group. The difference was significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The enteral nutrition liquid in the form of natural homogenate meals has an important meaning in the clinical application for critical patients.
