摘　　要：分析了专门委员会的特征,论证指出它们与行政法主体的不同,说明我国专门委员会是经济法主体制度的重要组成部分。An analysis is made of the characteristics of special committees. It is pointed out through argument that special committees are different from subjects in administrative law, which shows that special committees in our country are an important part in the system of subjects in economic law.
