摘　　要：文章从修辞与演讲的关系入手,从修辞的视角考察了丘吉尔“关于希特勒入侵苏联的讲话”,主要从鲜明的政治观点、严密的逻辑性和强劲的鼓动力三方面分析了丘吉尔的语言艺术魅力,认为这篇演说语言魅力的体现是与修辞手段的运用密不可分的。This paper first examines the close relationship between rhetoric and public speech diachronically. Then it probes into Winston Churchill＇s ＂ Broadcast on Russia Being Invaded＂ from the rhetoric perspective and appreciates the charm of Churchill＇s mastery of language from three points： clear political idea, rigorous logic and strong inspiration. The author thinks that the success of this speech is closely related to the use of rhetoric way.
