摘　　要：信用是票据的基础,对票据基础关系和票据流通起着至关重要的作用。我国的票据信用存在着诸多问题,影响着票据市场的扩大和票据功能的实现。要从加强法制建设、规范政府行为、有效保护私有产权、提高教育水平、复兴中华文化等方面入手,重建社会信用。Credit is the foundation of the bill, which plays a critical role in both fundamental relations of the bill and circulation of the bill. A lot of problems exist in the bill credit of our country, which influencing the enlargement of the bill market and the realization of the bill function. We should rebuild social credit starting with strengthening the legal construction,stardarding the government＇s behavior, protecting the privately owned property right effectively,improving the level of education and rejuvenating Chinese cuhure,ect.
