摘　　要：介绍了利用模具进行冲切圆管端部弧口工艺,控制管材端部变形的主要问题,解决支撑模芯刃口及凸模设计的要求,并确定圆管端部弧口逐渐冲切圆管端部成形,保证了管与管吻合焊接的质量要求。The technique for blanking the arc end of a circular pipe by using a blanking die was stated, focusing on the strain control of the pipe end, support of the cutting edge of die core, and design of the force plug. A scheme was developed, which blanked the arc end inch by inch to ensure the formation of circular pipe and the requirements for the welding quality between pipes.
