摘　　要：目的:探讨Snodgrass手术治疗尿道下裂的疗效。方法:对30例行Snodgrass手术的尿道下裂患儿行回顾性分析,年龄1～11岁,平均年龄3.5岁,其中阴茎头型22例,阴茎体型8例。结果:4例发生尿道狭窄,1例发生尿瘘。结论:Snodgrass手术保留了尿道板,操作简单,并发症少,手术成形效果好。Objective： To evaluate the results of Snedgrass operation for the repair of hypospadias. Methods： 30 patients with hypospadias were underwent Snedgrass operation. Their ages ranged from 1 to 11 years. The type of hypospadias were glands （ n = 5 ）, penile shaft （ n = 6 ）, and scrotal （ n = 2 ） . Results： Urethral fistula occurred in 1 patients, there were 4 patients occurred postoperative structure. Conclusion： Excellent functional and cosmetic results with fewer complications can be gained by using Snedgrass operation for patients with hvpospadias.
