从二氯苯异构体混合液中吸附分离对二氨苯的相平衡研究

摘　　要：研究了用国产经改性的ＺＳＭ－５和ＺＳＭ－８分子筛选择吸附对二氯苯的平衡规律．以异辛烷为惰性剂，在室温下进行液相吸附，测得总吸附容量Ｍｓ，选择吸附量ｑ以及分离系数ａ和吸附等温线．对液相吸附等温线进行数学模拟，结果表明平衡关系可分别用Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ公式和Ｆｒｅｕｎｄｅｉｃｈ方程表示，用Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ公式计算的结果误差相对较小．The article investigated a liquid adsorption equilibrium of p-DCB (dichlorobenzene) from its isomer mixture on domestic modified ZSM-5 and ZSM-8 zeolites. Taking isooctane as the inert agent,liquid adsorptions were carried out at the room temperature. The total adsorption capacity M_s, the selective adsorption capacity q,the separation facfor a and the corresponding adsorption isotherms were obtained. The equations of liquid adsorption isotherms were given. The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium relation of p-DCB and o-DCB can be expressed both in langmuir formula and in Freundlich equation,but the calculation error of the former is smaller than that of the Latter.
