摘　　要：通信网资源管理是目前电力通信网管理领域的一个热门的研究和应用方向,文章综述了项目的起源、发展和现状,列举了项目的主要研究内容,重点对项目工作中一些认识问题和思路方法进行了全面的分析、研究和澄清,包括项目定位、资源统一建模、GIS技术应用、电力业务应用功能、技术需求等多个方面。对该类项目的规划和建设有着较好的参考价值。Nowadays, Network resource management is a hot topic in the field of power communication network. This paper reviews the background, development and present situation of the project, presents its main research contents, analyzes comprehensively the congnitional problems and work methods of the project, which include scope of the project, resource unified modeling, GIS technological application, applied function of electric services and technological requirements, etc, This paper offers reference value for designing and develooing these tvoes of projects.
