摘　　要：《国家电网公司110-500kV输变电工程典型造价》为国家电网公司系统输变电工程投资估算和概算设立了一个标尺。文章对典型造价的编制依据——包括文件性依据和非文件性依据、条件设定与费用标准设定的出台过程进行了详细介绍,对典型造价在实际工程的使用方法和应注意的问题进行了详细说明。＂The SGCC Typical engineering Cost of 110-500 kV Power Transmission and Transformation Projects＂ has set a standard for investment and budgetary estimation of SGCC system power transmission and transformation projects. This paper introduces the basis of typical cost, including documentary and non-documentary basis, the process of terms and cost standard setting, and also explains the usage and notes of typical cost in practice.
