摘  要:采用烘箱法,将样品置于63℃±2℃的培养箱中,定时取样检测样品过氧化值、酸值、硫代巴比妥酸值,考察B5、B10、B20、B100菜籽油生物柴油(RME)、大豆油生物柴油(SME)、棕榈油生物柴油(PME)、废煎炸油生物柴油(FWME)和0#柴油氧化稳定性,同时考察金属介质对B100生物柴油氧化稳定性的影响。结果表明,4种生物柴油的氧化稳定性依次为FWME>RME>PME>SME,而0#柴油氧化稳定性优于生物柴油;B5、B10、B20生物柴油样品表现出较好的氧化稳定性,但随着样品中生物柴油添加比例的增加,其酸值升高,样品的氧化主要是生物柴油氧化导致的;金属铜对生物柴油和0#柴油的氧化均有催化作用,金属铁的催化作用不明显。Biodiesel samples were prepared from different vegetable oils including rapeseed (RME) , soybean ( SME ), palm ( PME ) and waste cooking (FWME) oils. All the four biediesels were mixed with mineral diesel to produce B5, B10, B20 samples, in which 5% , 10% and 20% biodiesel was added to the mineral diesel respectively. B100 was the corresponding biediesel of RME, SME, PME and FWME without mineral biediesel. Samples of B5, B10, B20, B100 and mineral diesel were incubated under the condition of 63℃ + 2℃ in an oven and peroxide value, acid value and TEP value were quantified after incubation. Effect of metal medium on oxidation stability of B100 biediesel was also investigated. The results showed that oxidation stability of FWME was highest, followed by RME, PME and SME, while the mineral diesel was most stable. Among B5, B10, B20 and B100 of all the four biediesel products, the oxidation decreased with increase of biodiesel ratio. The metal medium such as copper had catalysis to oxidation of biodiesel and mineral diesel.
