摘　　要：目前高压异步电动机的鼠笼条多发生过断条。解决频繁断笼问题的关键,就是要弄清交变力产生的原因,从设计、结构、工艺和运行等方面,采取能明显降低作用在笼条焊接端的交变力和交变次数的措施,以防止断笼故障的频繁发生。The high-voltage asynchronous motor cage strip occurs broken strip, the key to solve frequently strip breaks, is to clarify the reason which the alternating force produced, from following aspects, such as design, structure, technology and operation etc., and adopts measures that can reduce alternating force and the times which causing the faults frequently in the cage strip welding connection.
