摘 要:涡街流量计是最为常用的流量测量装置之一。由于它的测量不受被测介质物性参数的影响,因此可被用于测量各种气体、液体和蒸汽的流量。通过实验定量地研究了涡街流量计水平和垂直两种安装方式对其测量的影响。结果表明,在其它安装条件都得到满足的情况下,涡街流量计水平和垂直两种安装方式对涡街频率和幅度的影响很小,基本上可以忽略。这一结果为深入理解涡街现象,正确使用和优化涡街流量计测量系统提供了有价值的参考。Vortex flowmeter is one of the most widely used flow measurement devices. Due to its insensitivity to fluid properties, it has been widely adopted in the power system engineering for gas, liquid and steam flow measurement. The influence of horizontal and vertical assemble patterns on the measurement performance of vortex flowmeter was investigated quantitatively. The results show that if the other assemble conditions were strictly under the required demand, the assemble pattern had little impact on the vortex flowmeter performance, which revealed that the influence caused by assemble pattern could be neglected. These findings provide us an in-depth understanding on the phenomenon of vortex shedding and give a valuable reference to the optimization of the vortex flowmeter measurement system.
