细基江蓠对氮、磷营养盐的吸收及其对赤潮发生的抑制作用  被引量:13

摘  要:报道了实验室模拟筼筜湖富营养化条件下细基江篱(Gracilaria tenuistipitata)对磷和氨氮的吸收作用,以及细基江蓠对赤潮发生的抑制效果.结果显示,细基江篱对磷和氨氮在实验设置的浓度下吸收速率都与浓度呈线性关系,在最高磷浓度36μmol/L时的吸收速率为2.76μmol/(g dm.h),在最高氨氮浓度500μmol/L时的吸收速率为232μmol/(g dm.h).抑制赤潮实验证明细基江蓠能通过吸收水体中的营养盐并可能通过分泌抑藻物质来抑制赤潮发生.研究结果为细基江篱应用于厦门市筼筜湖生态修复和赤潮防治提供了依据.The uptake rates of PO4^3- p and N H4^ + -N in the local species Gracilaria tenuistipitata were measured,in addition, a bloom-resisting experiment was also carried out. The result showed that within the designed nutrient concentrations,the uptake rate of both phosphate and ammonia in G. tenuistipitata declined linearly with nutrient concentration. The highest uptake rate of phosate and ammonia was 2.76 μmol/(g dm · h) and 232 μmol/(g dm ·h) ,respectively,at the initial concentration of 500μmol/L and 36 μmol/L for N and P. The bloom-resisting experiment demonstrated that G. tenuistipitata could absorb the ambient nutrients prior to the microalgae and probably excrete secondary metabolites to prevent the oubreak of red tide. Our results provide a possibility for G. tenuistipitata to be applied in the bioremediation and the prevention of red tide in Yundang lagoon of Xiamen City.
