含芳基锌皂对PVC热稳定性比较

摘　　要：以芳香酸和氧化锌为原料,制备了5种含芳基锌皂,对产品进行了元素分析;以硬脂酸锌做对照物,测试了邻苯二甲酸锌、水杨酸锌、磺基水杨酸锌、对硝基苯甲酸锌、邻氨基苯甲酸锌对PVC的热稳定性能。通过热老化箱实验法、刚果红试纸法对含芳基锌皂及其互配系统进行了综合评价。结果表明,含芳基锌皂对PVC的热稳定性能一般,与硬脂酸钙具有一定的协同作用,但能与锌形成螯合结构的含芳基锌皂对PVC的热稳定性能要优于硬脂酸锌。Five kinds of zinc soap containing aryl were prepared when aromatic acid and znic oxide were employed as materials,and element analysis was made. Research of thermal stabilizer effect on PVC of zinc phthalate, zinc salicylate, zinc sulfosalicylate,zinc P-nitrobenzoate and anthranilic acid was made by test method of thermal aging and Congo red test paper and so on. The results showed that the thermal stabilizer effect on PVC of zinc soap containing aryl is general and it has some synergistic effect with calcium stearate. However the thermal stabilizer to PVC of zinc soap containing aryl which can combine with zinc is prior to zinc stearate.
