摘  要:制备了CoTAPc-Fe3O4磁性纳米复合粒子,以戊二醛为交联剂,利用该纳米复合粒子对漆酶进行了固定,研究了戊二醛浓度、固定化温度、pH值、BSA浓度、给酶量等因素对固定化漆酶活力的影响,确定了以此载体固定漆酶的最佳条件:戊二醛浓度为5%,固定化温度为0℃,pH值为7,BSA浓度为2.5 mg/mL、给酶量为2 mL。固定化漆酶具有较好的操作稳定性和贮存稳定性。CoTAPc-Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticle composites were prepared, and laccase was immobilized on it by glutaraldehyde. The factors to influence the enzyme immobilization such as glutaraldehyde concentration,temperature and pH of immobilization,BSA concentration,given amount of enzyme were studied. The optimum condition were as follows: glutaraldehyde concentration was 5 %, immobilization temperature was 0 ℃, immobilization was pH 7 and BSA concentration was 2.5 mg/mL and given amount of enzyme was 2 mL. The immobilized laccase had good storage and operation stabilities.
